  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Drain excess fat thoroughly
  • Transfer beef to crockpot
  • Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes
  • Incorporate all spices and water
  • Stir ingredients until well combined
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
  • Stir occasionally during cooking
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
