Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare filling:
  • Mix softened cream cheese, bacon, garlic, green onions, cheddar, and pepper
  • Refrigerate until needed
  • Prepare chicken:
  • Butterfly chicken breasts
  • Pound to even thickness
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Create coating stations:
  • Crush Doritos finely in food processor
  • Whisk eggs with milk
  • Season flour with paprika
  • Stuff chicken:
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on each breast
  • Roll and secure with toothpicks
  • Coat chicken:
