• ½ tsp onion powder

• ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker – Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray or lightly butter it to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Add Ingredients – Place the corn, cream cheese, butter, shredded cheddar, heavy cream, and seasonings into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

3️⃣ Cook on Low – Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese and butter are fully melted and the mixture is creamy.

4️⃣ Final Stir & Serve – Stir well before serving to ensure the cheese is evenly distributed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

5️⃣ Enjoy! Serve warm and watch it disappear!

Notes

Make it Spicy – Add a pinch of cayenne or diced jalapeños for a spicy kick!

Extra Creamy – Stir in an additional ¼ cup of milk or heavy cream if you prefer a creamier consistency.
